Fabio Pucciarelli

Fabio Pucciarelli studied law at the Luiss Guido Carli University – Law School – where he graduated with full marks in 1994.
 
He has considerable experience in Italian property transactions (over 300) and specializes in guiding English speaking foreigners through the intricacies of Italian real estate purchases. The unique advantage he brings to his clients is his previous formal training and apprenticeship as a Notary (notaio), which allows him to provide additional clarity and understanding of the opportunities and challenges inherent in real estate transactions.
 
He is also a long-term law school lecturer, teaching classes in comparative law at a top Italian university, and is registered at the Court of Ascoli Piceno as an English language interpreter.
